HEART TONIC:   Take Cayenne on a daily basis to help strengthen and tone the heart, balance circulation, and as first aid for heart palpitations. Start with an amount of Cayenne that is comfortable for you - a few grains at a time or up to 1/2 tsp. per dose - and add it to your favorite juice. It tastes good in tomato juice. Ideally, take a Cayenne Heart Tonic two to four times a day, to quickly build up increased stamina and overall strength. If you are new to using Cayenne or feel hesitant perhaps because of its hotness, you may want to start slowly with a small amount. If this is the case it is still worthwhile to take a small dose of Cayenne (a tiny pinch) every other day rather than every day and increase the frequency and amount as you feel comfortable. Coincidently you might discover that your digestion and overall energy level improve as Cayenne steadily helps with these also.
