1/4 cup Olive oil
1 cup fresh
chopped Basil or
Parsley or combination
1 /4-1 /2 cup Pinon nuts or Almonds
1 /4-1 /2 cup or more Parmesan cheese
3 cloves Garlic
dash fresh Pepper
some salt
dash Cayenne
Chop the greens and the Garlic. Put into a blender and add a bit of
Olive oil. Blend on low speed. From time to time stop the blender
to push down the ingredients with a rubber spatula. Add the Pinon nuts
and blend. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and the spices. The end consistency
should be like thick crunchy Peanut butter.
